rooftop barstained carpets

the rooftop bar, they advertised, was nonexistent. i went up expecting a relaxing evening but found a closed space. not even a single cushion invited you to sit. the hallway carpets had stains. i wouldn't expect that at the price i paid, daylight robbery, i say.
